Quick answers
The usual questions.
Does a gift card expire?
No. Not in a year, not in five. It's worth what you paid for it until somebody sits in a chair with it. We don't take a monthly "maintenance fee" out of it either — that practice is a scam and we won't do it.
Can it be used on a tip?
Yes, and please do. Barbers get their tips in cash the same day either way — it doesn't come out of anybody's pocket but ours.
What if they don't use the whole amount?
The balance stays on the card. Give us the code on the next visit and we'll pull from what's left. You can check a balance by calling the shop.
Can I put a specific service on it instead of an amount?
Sure — call the shop and we'll set it up as "one Full Service" rather than a dollar figure. It stays valid even if our prices go up later, which makes it a slightly better gift.
Can I pause the cut club?
Once a year, for up to two months. Travel, a deployment, a stretch where money's tight — just tell us. Your unused cuts hold while you're paused.
Do club cuts roll over if I miss one?
They roll for one month. After that they're gone, which we mention up front rather than burying it. If you're regularly missing cuts, drop down a tier and we'll help you do it.
