Our prices are on the website.

Almost nobody in this trade publishes numbers. We do — because you shouldn't have to schedule a visit to find out whether you can afford a ceiling fan. You approve the price before we touch a wire, and that number does not move.

Replace an outlet or switchStandard device swap, same location. Additional devices on the same visit are $45 each.

Flickering lights, a breaker that keeps tripping, half the kitchen dead — we charge one flat $89 diagnostic to find the actual cause and give you a fixed price to fix it. Approve the repair and the $89 comes off the bill.

Why we don't charge by the hour.

Hourly billing punishes you for hiring someone careful and rewards the guy who takes all day. Flat rate puts the risk on us, where it belongs.

An electrician diagnoses the actual problem on site before any number gets quoted.

Written on a tablet, itemized, from the same price book every customer gets. No made-up-on-the-spot math.

Approve it, decline it, or ask for options. Nothing starts without your yes.

If the job takes twice as long as we thought, that's our problem — you pay the number you agreed to.

The fine print, in plain English

What's included and what isn't.

Every price above includes

  • A licensed electrician — not a helper working unsupervised
  • All standard materials, fasteners, and labeling
  • Permit filing and inspection scheduling where required
  • Drop cloths, shoe covers, and full cleanup before we leave
  • A 2-year warranty on our workmanship

Charged separately (and always quoted first)

  • Drywall repair and paint after we open a wall
  • Emergency after-hours calls — a flat $150 dispatch on top of the job price, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Trenching, concrete cutting, or attic work with under 3 ft of clearance
  • Fixtures and devices you want us to supply, at our cost plus 15%
  • Anything we find that's genuinely unsafe — we'll show you a photo before quoting it

Prices are for the metro service area and hold for 30 days from your written quote. Older homes occasionally hide surprises behind the drywall; when that happens you get a photo, an explanation, and a new price to approve before we go any further.
