The obvious questions
Before you sign up.
What happens to credit I don't use?
It rolls over — three months on Essential, six on Signature, twelve on Atelier. Past that it expires, which is the part we'd rather you knew now than discovered later. If you're consistently rolling over credit, you're on the wrong tier and we'll move you down.
Can I cancel?
Any time after the third month, with 30 days' notice. No fee, no phone-tree retention gauntlet — reply to any email from us and it's done. Unused credit stays usable for 90 days after you cancel.
Can I use my credit on products?
Yes, up to half of your monthly credit. The rest is for services — a membership that's really a skincare subscription doesn't get anyone the results we're after.
Can I share it with my partner?
Signature and Atelier credit can be shared with one named household member. Discounts apply to whoever is in the chair; the credit comes out of one pot.
What if I need a break?
You can pause once a year for up to three months — pregnancy, a move, a bad quarter, whatever the reason. Billing stops, credit holds, nothing expires while you're paused.
Is there financing for bigger treatments?
Yes. We offer 0% financing over 6 or 12 months on anything over $1,000, and it stacks with your member discount. We'll show you the actual monthly number before you commit to anything.
